Hey there, I’m James, and welcome to my corner of the internet. My journey has been filled with creative exploration.
For over twenty years, the creative world has been my home. It all started with Splash Colour Imaging—a lively printing company that quickly became my launchpad. These days, I’m lucky enough to lead the team as CEO and owner (twelve years and counting!). What hasn’t changed? The real thrill I get is from helping people bring their ideas to life through visual storytelling. Honestly, it’s a huge part of my own Creative Journey.
This blog is where I share that ongoing journey—alongside my passions for art, travel, and the magic in everyday moments. Sometimes you’ll find me experimenting with my camera, other times I’m wandering city streets just to soak in local art, check out cool cars, or hunt for the best bite to eat. I love finding those sparks of inspiration hiding in plain sight; this is all part of my personal journey, creative and ever-changing.
Travel is my creative fuel. Getting out into the world—and seeing it through an artistic lens—fills me with fresh ideas. Some of my favourite adventures? Walking the Camino path and discovering hidden gems like Finisterre and Sarria in Spain. Even the quiet, off-the-beaten-path trips leave a mark. Every journey, big or small, completely shapes the way I see things, guiding my creative path forward.
